For CTEVT PSC students: how this atlas maps to your course
The CTEVT Psychosocial Counselor course has four modules. This page shows which pages of the atlas teach which part, so you always know where you are in the syllabus. Everyone else can safely skip it.

How to read the statuses: "covered here" means the atlas teaches most of that sub-module at curriculum depth. "Partly" means the topic is named here, not taught in full; take those rows to your trainer to go deeper. "Not yet on the site" means nothing is written yet. Statuses are honest on purpose, so you know what to ask for. A few pages sit beyond the exam syllabus (OCD, eating, sleep, the deep dives) and carry the "beyond curriculum" tag on their own pages.
The course in numbers
780 hours over six months, 620 in-house plus 160 OJT. 600 marks: 100 theory, 500 practical. Pass at a 60% average; 90% attendance required. Five of every six marks are practical, so practising the skills matters.
| Module | Hours | Marks |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Psychosocial Intervention | 165 | 100 |
| 2 · Case Management | 60 | 150 |
| 3 · Counseling Skill and Process | 322 | 200 |
| 4 · Capacity Building | 73 | 50 |
| OJT (practical placement) | 160 | 100 |
The curriculum PDF numbers its modules two ways in different places. This site follows the course-structure table above, where Psychosocial Intervention is Module 1. A few older pages still show the other numbering.

Hours are as printed in the curriculum; a few sub-module rows do not add exactly to the module total in the source document.
Why the atlas order is not the curriculum order
This atlas follows the reader: foundations first, then the disorder families, then the skills of the job. The curriculum follows the job itself, four modules a counsellor carries out. Same syllabus, different sequence. Every topic that is on the site is findable here, by topic or by search; the rows marked "partly", and the row marked Coming soon, are the ones to take to your trainer.
- Every module and sub-module of the PSC course is listed in the course map above, each with an honest status: covered here, partly, or coming soon.
- The course is 780 hours and 600 marks; 500 of the 600 marks are practical, so practising skills beats memorising.
- The atlas reads like a book, the curriculum is a job: same syllabus, different order. The map marks every topic on the site and every gap honestly.
Three friendly questions to settle what you just read. This is reassurance, not a test: a wrong tap is part of learning, and you can try again.
An exam topic is taught only loosely here. What does the map say?
✔ Yes. Take the named topic to your trainer and go deeper there.
Not quite; have another look. The answer is in this section.
Which carries the most exam marks?
